Clay Club: Sculpting

Service Description

Come join us for the After School Clay Club at Wooten Clayworks! This hands-on class is designed to introduce children of all experience levels to the captivating world of clay through sculpting. In these sessions, we will use our hands as tools to sculpt a variety of different projects. Some examples of potential projects include: animal pots, nature inspired pieces, sculpted mugs, wall hangings, masks...the list goes on and on! All students will have guided instruction to help their pieces be as successful as possible. All necessary materials, including clay and tools, will be provided. Come on in for some clay-zy fun! After each class, the instructor will glaze each piece with one glaze of the student's choice, free of charge. Multiple glazes can be selected at an additional cost. Kids can also opt to get creative and glaze their own work during a class session of their choice if they plan to attend more classes. Pieces will be available for pick up up to 4 weeks following the class. Requirements: For beginners. No prior experience required. Ages 7 and up. Guardians must be able to arrive within 10 minutes to the studio while the class is in session in case of emergency.

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for classes, workshops, events, and private lessons which are canceled 7 calendar days or more prior to the class or event will receive a full refund. Any cancellations received 7-3 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Any and all cancellations 2 days or less before the class/course are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations which are at least 24 hours prior to the class may transfer their booking to another applicable date or find a substitute student to take their place. If you need to cancel after the 7 day window, please contact the store. Wooten Clayworks cannot reschedule with less than 24 hours notice due to the inability to fill the space that was taken from another potential student. Please note there is a 2 student minimum for classes to run. Students will be notified the day prior if the class has to be cancelled and will receive a full refund.
