Brad Schwieger has been teaching at Ohio University since 1990, where he has taught some of the best artists in American Ceramics for over 30 years and is presently a Professor of Art. Brad received his Master of Fine Arts degree from Utah State University and his Bachelor of Fine Arts degree from the University of Iowa.
Schwieger's work has been shown in multiple exhibitions throughout the USA, as well as international exhibitions in Japan, Korea, Taiwan, England, Germany, Czech Republic, Lithuania and Spain. He has presented workshops and lectures at more than 90 Universities, Colleges, and Art Centers. His work has been published in Ceramics Monthly, American Craft, Clay Times, Ceramics Art and Perception, as well as several textbooks.
