-I purchased my ticket but I haven’t received an emailed receipt yet.
Be sure check all of your email accounts. By default, this website sends the receipt and ticket information to the email you used to pay for the workshop. Also make sure to check your spam folder.
-When will I receive the streaming information?
The links and instructions for the streaming of the workshop will be sent out the night before the event. Again, be sure to check all of your email accounts and spam folder. If you still aren't able to find or think you haven't received your link, email us by 10 AM EST the day of the workshop so that we can check on it for you. As there is so much set up for these events, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to respond after 10 AM EST.
-How long is the video recording of the workshop available after the event?
It takes us a few of days to download and edit the workshop recording. We are usually able to finish the edits and upload the content within 7-10 days from the Monday post workshop. We will send you a link to access the recording once it is done and you will have 3 weeks of access. So, if you missed something or need time to work along with the artist, you can rewatch the workshop as often as you need during this period!
-Can I return work which I have purchased through the Gallery?
All sales are final, unless the work is faulty, in which case we require photo and video documentation of the work's faults. Please contact us directly with any inquiries.
