3 Ways To Throw Mid-Large Vessels Virtual Workshop

Join us for a virtual workshop exploring different methods to create mid to large-sized vessels! This workshop will host 3 demonstrators: Dallas Wooten, Justin Paik Reese, and Hayun Surl. They will demonstrate their processes of creating large functional ceramic vessels, including traditional onggi, thrown and assembled sections, and stacked and thrown rings. The artists will cover a range of construction methods in stoneware and thixotropic porcelain clays. They will also answer questions throughout their demonstartions and discuss their best practices for working larger in clay.
