Service Description
This week-long camp is designed for teens in mind! Join us to learn how to create in clay, from designing and prepping to crafting and making! This week the theme is creatures. We'll explore a wide range of techniques to bring our favorite creatures to life, molding and shaping clay into incredible sculptures and animal-shaped pottery--even mythical creatures are on the table! Artists will have the choice of painting their pieces themselves or having them glazed in traditional ceramic coatings--or saving them to work on in a special surface decoration camp at the end of the summer! All materials will be provided. Pieces will be available for pick up 4-6 weeks following the class. Requirements: For beginners. No prior experience required Ages 14-17 Note: While we can’t guarantee the quality and success of the pieces you make in this class, instructors will do their best to guide you through the process. No matter what you make, it’s sure to be a memorable experience!

Cancellation Policy
Bookings for classes, workshops, events, and private lessons which are canceled 7 calendar days or more prior to the class or event will receive a full refund. Any cancellations received 7-3 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Any and all cancellations 2 days or less before the class/course are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations which are at least 24 hours prior to the class may transfer their booking to another applicable date or find a substitute student to take their place. If you need to cancel after the 7 day window, please contact the store. Wooten Clayworks cannot reschedule with less than 24 hours notice due to the inability to fill the space that was taken from another potential student. Please note there is a 2 student minimum for classes to run. Students will be notified the day prior if the class has to be cancelled and will receive a full refund.
