Wheel Throwing Trial Sessions

Service Description

Join us for a fun evening trying out the pottery wheel! With instructor guidance, students will have the chance to throw up to 3 pots. Maybe it’s a bowl, cup, or a mug! Whatever it is, it’s sure to be a memorable and one of a kind experience! Grab a friend or a loved one and join us in the studio! Trial classes are BYOB and sure to be a great time. Tool kits and three 1 lb balls of clay will be provided during this session. Students can choose up to 3 pieces they make to fire. Instructors will glaze each piece with one glaze of your choice. Trimming is available by staff for an additional $7.00 a piece. Additional glaze layers are available for an additional $5.00 a piece. Pieces will be available for pick up within 4 weeks following the session. Note: While we can’t guarantee the quality and success of the pieces you make in this class, instructors will do their best to guide you through the process. No matter what you make, it’s sure to be a memorable experience! Requirements: For beginners. No experience required. Age 14+

Cancellation Policy

Bookings for classes, workshops, events, and private lessons which are canceled 7 calendar days or more prior to the class or event will receive a full refund. Any cancellations received 7-3 days prior will receive a 50% refund. Any and all cancellations 2 days or less before the class/course are not eligible for a refund. Cancellations which are at least 24 hours prior to the class may transfer their booking to another applicable date or find a substitute student to take their place. If you need to cancel after the 7 day window, please contact the store. Wooten Clayworks cannot reschedule with less than 24 hours notice due to the inability to fill the space that was taken from another potential student. Please note there is a 2 student minimum for classes to run. Students will be notified the day prior if the class has to be cancelled and will receive a full refund.
